New and important strategic ties between Cube-Labs, OnGranada Tech and I.N.B.B.
Yesterday Cube-Labs, together with I.N.B.B., scientific and strategic partner of the academic science accelerator, signed a memorandum of understanding in the Roman capital with OnGranada Tech City, the largest tech and biotech cluster in Andalusia.
This memorandum of understanding (MOU) aims to create a relationship of institutional cooperation between the parties to develop the promotion of technological innovation, based on their respective strengths and organizational structures.
The agreement was signed yesterday in the presence of the general secretary of OnGranada Tech City, Vito Episcopo, accompanied by the director of the company group, Antonio Alcántara; Filippo Surace, CEO of Cube Labs; and the director of INBB, Pietro Ragni, in a meeting held in Rome.
The cooperation will take place in a different way for the three subjects, in fact OnGranada Tech City will coordinate and develop research and development projects, consortia and relevant working groups together with companies and knowledge centers associated with the cluster and other member organizations; facilitate the recruitment processes of Andalusian technology companies’ talents, as well as promote possible alliances with companies also from other countries in the ICT and Bio ICT sectors; manage the financial instruments necessary for the promotion of entrepreneurship and technology-based companies.
Cube-Labs will coordinate and develop research and development projects, consortia and relevant working groups together with companies and knowledge centres associated with it; to promote the search for financial and commercial partners in Italy and Andalusia for technological development; the search for technological companies that can adapt to the pipeline.
I.N.B.B. will aim to strengthen its ties of scientific collaboration at international level; work also with appropriate partners to participate in European calls for proposals, but above all to offer its members opportunities for collaboration also with actors of the Andalusian territory.
The first activities are scheduled from October 4 and will concern meetings with investment funds and corporate Life Science related to their respective networks.
